8 minutes slower than this time last year but this was a REALLY hilly route. Tough.
Doing this workout tonight when I get home then I’ll probably run a mile or so. Working off those Easter calories!
Actually completed this one for the first time tonight. Ouch. One round in 12:43 and I ate out tonight. Blech.

Ran 1.5 miles this morning and doing this ZWOW now! :)
Felt great after my first interval training in a while last night. Then ran 1.5 miles this morning around the nearby neighborhoods. Very humid outside. Kept up my pace - need to keep with the cross training, running more regularly, eating better, and just generally feeling more motivated to get back to where I was last year at this time. Last year I was able to run much much farther without getting tired, although my overall pace was about 2 minutes slower. Sooo a happy medium would be nice.
